Return and shipping policy
By making a purchase at missrainbowboston.com, you acknowledge that you have read the return policy of missrainbow as mentioned on this page and agree to abide by them.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days either from Boston or Mainland China (for international orders). A shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active after 24 hours.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please note that we may not ship on weekends and holidays.
If an item is returned due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address. If the package is lost due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier and the customer will not be given replacement package. If the package is lost because of faults from the carrier, then we will file a claim with the carrier and the customer will receive a replacement package. If an item is returned due to the mistake of us, we will cover the shipping cost to re-ship the item.
International orders can take anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks for delivery, depending on how fast your country clears import customs.
Miss Rainbow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer(tariffs, taxes, etc.).
All Products (except for Press-on Nails)
Items may be returned (unused, unopened & in original condition) within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Note that items not in unused, unopened & in original condition are not eligible for returns except manufacturer’s defect or shipping damage. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of the manufacturer’s defect or shipping damage.
Returns received after 15 days of delivery are subject to refusal depending on the situation. We sincerely appreciate your timeliness with returns or exchanges.
Returns made to miss rainbow will be refunded in the form of the original payment method in 7 business days.
Items may be exchanged once (unused, unopened & in original condition) within 30 days of delivery for another size, color, or product. The customer is responsible for all price changes including shipping charges (including re-shipping charges for exchanged items).
Missing & Defective Items:
Customers must report missing & defective items within 3 days of product arrival. Missing items include items that are not included in the original package and not noted on the invoice. Defective items include goods damaged due to mishandling during shipping and new goods with notable defects. Any claims received after 3 days of product delivery are subject to refusal. Missing & defective product reports received after 15 days will be denied.
